  Our aim is to grow the love of the game and to instill a community feel into park tennis. The team has evolved with each coach hired specifically for their coaching style and game based approach to learning.

• About Emma Wells

  Emma Wells is the UK’s largest female tennis court operator, and the first international female director of the Professional Tennis Registry (PTR). She founded her business in Wimbledon Park and has grown it into a city‑wide operation across London, managing 25 public park venues and over 130 tennis courts.

  
  

  Emma’s mission is to make tennis accessible to all. Her community‑first programs serve women and girls, players with disabilities, and underrepresented groups—using park spaces to drive health, wellbeing, and social connection. She also strives to inspire more females to get involved in the sport at every level—from grassroots participation to leadership in coaching and operations.

  
  

  A three‑time LTA Award winner and global speaker at major events in New York, Indian Wells, Florida, and the Australian Open, Emma is a recognised leader in inclusive tennis delivery. Her work with the LTA and international partners continues to shape the future of community sport in public parks across the UK.
